Return Eligibility 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. 
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, or modified cannot be accepted for return. 
     
  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please reach out to our customer support team within this period. 
     
  • Returns that don’t comply with these requirements won’t be accepted. 
     

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit Your Request 

Email your Order ID along with the reason for return to renithionventurespvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Photos 

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear images to help speed up the review. 

Step 3: Follow Our Instructions 

Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps to send your item back. 

Please note: Returns outside our guidelines may be rejected. 


Refund Procedure and Timeline 

  • After receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it carefully to confirm it meets return conditions. 
     
  • You will receive a notification about your refund approval or denial. 
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. 
     
  • You’ll get an email confirming when the refund is complete. 
     

Partial Refunds 

If the returned product partially meets return conditions. 

For example: A partial refund may be granted at our discretion for a slight damage or missing packaging. 

For Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
